Child Safety Standards for Nasab
Last updated: August 11, 2026
TappStudio ("TappStudio," "we," "us," or "our") operates Nasab, a private family archive and genealogy app. This page describes our standards and practices for preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation ("CSAE") in and around the App, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy. It supplements, and should be read alongside, our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
1. Zero Tolerance
TappStudio has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material ("CSAM") and any content or conduct that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors. This applies to every Family Space, every piece of User Content (photos, videos, voice notes, biographies, comments), and every interaction on Nasab, regardless of who uploads it or the privacy settings of the Family Space it's uploaded to.
Nasab is not directed at children. It is a private, invite-only, family-oriented product — there is no public content discovery, no public profiles, and no stranger-to-stranger contact. Family member profiles for minors may be added by an adult account holder for genealogical and archival purposes only, as described in Section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Users may never upload, store, share, request, or solicit:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, real or simulated
- Content that sexualizes a minor, or presents a minor in a manner intended to be sexually gratifying
- Any attempt to groom, exploit, extort, endanger, or otherwise cause harm to a minor
- Content otherwise prohibited by our Terms of Use
3. Reporting a Concern
If you encounter content or behavior on Nasab that concerns you, you can report it in either of these ways:
- In-app: open Settings → Support → Report a Safety Concern, which sends a report directly to our team along with your account and device details to help us investigate.
- Email: write to tappstudio.in@gmail.com with the subject line "Child Safety Report", including as much detail as possible (the Family Space name, the content or member involved, and screenshots if available).
Reports can be made by any account holder, whether or not they are a member of the Family Space involved. We accept anonymous reports where technically possible, but providing contact details helps us follow up if we need more information.
4. What Happens After a Report
- We review every child safety report as a priority, generally within 24–48 hours of receipt.
- If we confirm a violation, we remove the offending content, and may suspend or permanently terminate the account(s) responsible, immediately and without prior notice.
- Where we identify apparent CSAM, we preserve the evidence as required by law, report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or other relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities, and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation, consistent with our legal obligations in the jurisdictions in which we operate.
- We do not notify the reported party that a report was made where doing so could interfere with an investigation.
5. Designated Point of Contact
Our designated point of contact for child safety matters, able to speak to our CSAM prevention practices and compliance, is:
